We offer several convenient options to pay your bill.
Wyse can arrange for your monthly bill to be paid automatically by Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP) from your bank account.
To authorize this service, please complete the Pre-authorized Payment Agreement Form and submit it to Wyse, along with a blank cheque marked "VOID".
Your monthly bill can be paid online through your Internet Banking, Telephone Banking or at designated financial institutions – ATM or Teller Direct.
Through the Wyse Customer Portal, we accept credit card payments powered by RentMoola, allowing residents to pay utility bills with their existing rewards credit card. Please note that a service fee of up to 1.75% applies on all credit card payments.
Alternatively, you can call us at 1-844- 411-0663 and we can process your credit card payment.
Your monthly bill can be paid by cheque, made payable to Wyse Meter Solutions Inc. Remember to include your bill remittance stub with the cheque and to write your Wyse account number on the memo note line of the cheque.

Note: Mailed cheques received after the bill due date will be considered late.
After a bill has been issued, residents have 15 days to pay their bill. Payments received after the due date will be subject to late fees. Late payments will be subject to a late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month or 19.56% per annum (on outstanding balance) and, at the option of Wyse, the Resident will be responsible for any collection costs incurred by Wyse.
