Do I need to pay a deposit?
Wyse’s customers can waive their interest-bearing refundable security deposit in one of four ways:
- Sign up for the Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP) plan and we will waive the security deposit completely for residential customers;
- Provide a reference letter from a previous service provider;
- Provide a credit report with a score of 750+; or
- Provide proof of enrolment in a social assistance program or contact Wyse for other lower income options.
Your deposit will be refunded after 12 months of good payment history, or if you move out.
