How You Can Pay
Pre-Authorized Payment
We are pleased to offer customers the convenience of PAP in one of three ways:
For new customers who have yet to receive their account number:
- Arrange payment via your bank account by completing this form and emailing it to customercare@wysemeter.com.
For customers with an account number:
- Arrange payment via your bank account by using our Pre-Authorized Bank Payments online form.
- Arrange payment via your credit card by registering through MyAccount. Note: A service fee of 2.25% is applied to all credit card payments.
Personal Banking
Pay your monthly bill through internet banking, telephone banking, or at designated financial institutions.
Credit Card
Credit card payments are accepted for your monthly bill through our MyAccount customer portal. Note that a service fee of 2.25% is applied to all credit card payments.
Mailed Cheque
Your monthly bill can be paid by cheque, made payable to Wyse Meter Solutions Inc. Remember to include your bill remittance stub with the cheque, and to write your Wyse account number on the memo note line. Mail payment to:

When mailing your payment, ensure that you send it in time to arrive by the due date.
What If I Pay My Bill Late?
A payment received after the due date will be subject to a late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month or 19.56% per annum (on outstanding balance), which will be calculated from the statement date and applied to your account.
