Understanding Your First Bill
Here’s what you need to know about your first utility bill from Wyse.
Your first bill should arrive in six to eight weeks after you receive confirmation that we have processed your contract.
That first bill will include a one-time account setup fee and the first of six monthly installments of an interest-bearing security deposit (if applicable), as well as the approved rates for utility consumption, including Wyse’s service fees. After that, bills will arrive monthly, but will only include consumption charges, Wyse’s service fees, and deposit installments until paid in full after six bills.
