How can I track my utility usage using MyAccount?

MyAccount provides users with a few different ways to track their consumption:

• The Billed Usage page allows customers to download their meter readings, view their low/high/average usage, and have a temperature overlay showing how weather may have affected their consumption.

• The Compare page lets customers view how their bills relate to a previous month or year over year. This functionality shows whether they have consumed more utility usage over a selected time period.

• For our electricity customers, the Smart Meter page lets customers view hourly and daily breakdowns of their electricity consumption, up to a maximum of 90 days at a time for the last 24 months.
