How do I add or remove Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP)?

To add PAP to your account:

For new customers who have yet to receive their account number, you can arrange payment via your bank account by completing this form and emailing it to customercare@wysemeter.com.

For customers with an account number, either arrange payment via your bank account by using our Pre-Authorized Bank Payments online form, or via your credit card by registering through MyAccount. (Note: A service fee of 2.25% is applied to all credit card payments.)

To remove PAP from your account:

• Contact a Customer Care Representative using our online CONTACT US form.
