I expect to be out of town for an extended period of time. Can I pay in advance to avoid late fees?
Yes. Any overpayment will be accepted and applied as a credit to future bills. Residents may also sign up for Pre-Authorized Payment to cover their charges automatically. Stay on top of your account from anywhere by using the MyAccount customer portal or signing up for e-billing.
