I have received a disconnection notice. What should I do?

If you are unable to pay the full amount, please contact us immediately at 1.844.411.0663 so we can work together to discuss payment options and government financial assistance, including our Arrears Management Program that could allow you to make monthly installments towards the balance.

If you do make a payment, immediately contact us so we can void the disconnection. 

If you are approved for emergency financial assistance, have your case worker immediately contact us so we can immediately void the disconnection.

Wyse follows Ontario provincial regulations for disconnections.
