I use a life-saving medical device that requires electricity. How do I inform Wyse?
If you require electricity for life support equipment (such as a ventilator or kidney dialysis machine), let us know during the OPEN AN ACCOUNT process. Customers are still responsible for payment of their utility costs. This does not make them exempt from the risk of disconnection. It allows customers additional time to prepare should they be unable to make arrangements to avoid disconnection.
