What charges appear on my first bill?
Your first bill will have the following items:
- Utility charges dating back to your move-in date per your lease or purchase agreement;
- A one-time account set-up fee which covers the cost for establishing a new utility account, including reading the meter on your move in day and reading the meter when you move out;
- The first of six monthly installments of an interest-bearing security deposit, if applicable; and;
- All other monthly charges associated with utility consumption, including Wyse’s regular monthly service fees. Deposits are returned with interest after a year of good payment history.
