What is the billing cycle, bill due date, and late payment penalty?
The billing cycle, generally, is 30 days for charges accumulated from use the previous month (e.g. your May bill will largely reflect utilities used in April). Bills are due 20 days from the bill issue date (both dates are found on your bill). A payment received after the due date will be subject to a late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month or 19.56% per annum (on outstanding balance), which will be calculated from the statement date and applied to your account.
